HOLIDAY RETURN DELAY
Returns will be accepted until January 12th, 2020 for order purchased on or after October 27, 2019.
If you regret your purchase, you can return the item(s) to us within 30 days of delivery date, in the original condition.
All returned items must be in their original condition - unworn and unwashed, with all hang-tags and labels attached.
Final Sale items will not be accepted for return, if returned it will not be refunded or sent back.
Due to hygienic reasons, all lingerie items, boxers and socks are final sale and will not be accepted for return or refund. Please note that our fragrances are also final sales.
We regret that online order cannot be returned or exchanged in our stores. Likewise, our distribution center will not accept returns of items purchased in BESTSELLER HOMME/FEMME, JACK & JONES, VERO MODA stores.
We regret that it is not possible to exchange items purchased at BESTSELLERCLOTHING.CA. If you wish to exchange, you need to return the item(s) in their original condition for a refund and place a new order.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM IN 4 EASY STEPS:
1- Make a copy of your original invoice (enclosed) and indicate the reason code for your return in the appropriate space.
2- Place the item(s) and filled-in invoice in your return parcel. You can re-use the bag that we sent you or use any well sealed mailing package.
3- Place the prepaid return label (enclosed, or visit www.bestsellerclothing.ca/returns to print a new one) on your return parcel, covering the original shipping label, if any.
4- Drop off your parcel at any Canada Post counter.
If you for some reason do not wish to use the prepaid return label, we recommend that you use a postal service that insures you for the value of the goods and please also save the tracking number. The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse.
We will do our utmost to process your return within 10 business days.
As soon as we have processed your return, we will issue a refund (excluding shipping costs) to the credit card used to place the original order.
Note: Please allow up to two billing cycles for the money to appear on your credit card statement. This additional delay depends on your bank and credit card.
